Gali Health Ambassador

I am so excited to announce that yours truly is the newest Gali Health Ambassador! 🀩 I cannot tell you how excited I am to be a part of their already amazing team of IBD ambassadors. I’m very grateful for the opportunity and I look forward to working with Gali!

Me, I am a Navy veteran, model, and patient advocate who blogs about her Crohn’s disease journey, as well as fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and mental health.

And Gali Health, it is a personalized health app for patients with IBD but it is so much more than that. It brings together patients, influencers, and advocates, as well as medical professionals and specialists, for an advanced chronic disease management plan.

Gali Health offers articles of insight, helpful tips, and information relevant to your specific IBD needs, and it offers a community for the IBD community.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Make sure you download the Gali Health app for iPhone and stay tuned for the Android app coming soon!

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Follow Gali Health on social media @galihealth

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Follow my blog at or follow me on social media @marywiththegreenhair and It Could Be Worse BlogπŸ’š

I wanted to share this with my blog followers, too, in case you didn’t see it already on my social media. Stay tuned for more about Gali Health and how I will be working with them.

Author: It Could Be Worse Blog

I am a Kentuckian, a blogger and Crohn's Disease columnist, a military veteran, a model, and a mother to my fur baby, Bilbo. In this blog, I will share my opinions and life experiences, my feelings and problems, with my patient perspective and other health related issues. I will share stories from my life, the good and bad and the real things that others may not be as open to discussing, and hopefully you can (or can't) relate. Thank you! For Me, It Could Be Worse.
